Your Role

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to sales processes due out the Lead to cash process chain

  • Evaluate existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements as well as experienced in using data-driven insights to support your recommendations

  • Work with Technical product owners to design and implement technology solutions that streamline sales processes, including ERP (SAP SD ; SAP S/4 Hana Sales) and CRM systems and customer frontend applications

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders

  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines

  • Enable business stakeholders with the e2e process understanding on implications whenever changes on the process are foreseen

  • Assist in managing projects related to sales process improvements, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

  • Conduct testing of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Advanced years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing environment with focus on expertise with sales process automation and optimization

  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP S4/Hana SD Module with expertise in settlement management and pricing procedures), CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) as well as project management software

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions combined with knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
