Responsible for delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs
Ensure SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service
Maintain and enhance the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool
Lead migration assignments within the Workload Automation domain
Update documentation regularly, ensuring that connections and processes are in place between all services while decreasing overlaps between services provided by various teams in the Workload Automation domain
Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions
Keep in close touch with external entities involved in the Workload Automation domain
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT industry
Profound experience with Workload Automation Tools
Extensive understanding of service delivery according to ITIL standards
Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
Ability to make decisions within role responsibilities
Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment
Excellent communication skills in English
